Mr Rob McDonald
Rob is a Fellow of the Australasian Faculty of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and Vice President Health and Hygiene at BHP, a role he has held for the past seven years. In this role he is accountable for establishing and maintaining mandatory performance standards for health risk management, developing and implementing Group-level strategies for material health issues and providing advice and support to the Executive Leadership Team on Health matters. He represents BHP Billiton on the International Council of Mining and Metals Health and Safety Committee and is a Director of BHP Billiton Sustainable Communities. He is passionate about not only protecting the Health of Workers, but creating great places to work where people can thrive.
